Requirements
• Masters or Doctorate degree in Nursing • Board certification as a PMHNP by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) • Familiarity with Measurement-Based Care tools and interventional psychiatry modalities (TMS, esketamine/Spravato, accelerated neurostimulation) is highly preferred. • Active DEA registration • Current BLS certification • Active and unencumbered NP license and NP furnishing number in Arizona • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume intake environment with dynamic scheduling and tight care coordination workflows. • COMPANY MISSION & VISION • We are the brain health company of the future that integrates care delivery, technology innovation and research breakthroughs to better understand brain biology and diagnose, treat and ultimately cure brain disorders for all stages of life.
Responsibilities
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide evidence-based treatment to adult and older adult population with mental health disorders. • Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s individual needs. • Manage psychiatric disorders using psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and other non-pharmacologic approaches. • Maintain an active intake schedule with follow up visits. • Utilize measurement based care tools. • Collaborate with the other team members to provide optimal care. • Identify patients who are appropriate for interventional psychiatry (TMS/SAINT, Spravato) and initiate patient referrals. • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with clinic policies and regulations • Work closely with a clinical team to receive feedback, improve care, and engage in clinical consultation
Benefits
• The compensation for this position includes: • Salary: $140,000 annually.
