Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking, network engineering, or network operations. • Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and network security. • Extensive experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise networking equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Fortinet, or Palo Alto Networks. • Strong familiarity with network management protocols and interfaces such as SNMP, SSH, NETCONF, REST APIs, or gNMI. • Experience with Linux environments and scripting or automation using Python, Bash, or similar tools. • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure problems independently. • Experience working directly with enterprise customers or cross-functional technical teams. • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate operational challenges into technical solutions. • Genuine interest in AI, automation, and the future of enterprise infrastructure management. • Experience building network automation tools or Python-based integrations. • Advanced knowledge of BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, or large-scale enterprise routing. • Experience with network observability, NetFlow/sFlow, or configuration management. • Familiarity with Docker, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure. • Experience supporting critical infrastructure, utilities, large enterprises, or highly regulated environments. • Exposure to AI/ML applications or AI-assisted operational tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and integration of ITVA across complex enterprise customer environments, including cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped infrastructure. • Implement AI-powered network operations, troubleshooting, visibility, and automation workflows. • Integrate ITVA with enterprise routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other critical networking infrastructure. • Work directly with network engineering and IT operations teams to understand their most challenging operational problems. • Identify opportunities where AI and automation can eliminate manual processes, accelerate troubleshooting, and improve infrastructure reliability. • Collaborate directly with ITVA's software engineers to design, test, and develop new product capabilities. • Translate customer feedback and real-world engineering challenges into product requirements and improvements. • Build scripts, integrations, and automation workflows to support complex customer environments. • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers throughout deployment and ongoing adoption.
