Requirements

Responsibilities
• Operational Leadership & Strategy: Manage technical accounting and reporting workstreams; set clear operational objectives, delegate tasks effectively, and oversee departmental schedules and budgets to ensure flawless execution. • Operational Leadership & Strategy: • CFTC & NFA Compliance Reporting: Oversee and manage the end-to-end financial reporting lifecycle for our CFTC-registered Swap Dealer entity in compliance with CFTC Regulation. Lead the preparation and filing of required monthly/quarterly financial statements, position/counterparty exposures, margin reports, and capital calculations. • CFTC & NFA Compliance Reporting: • Financial Normalization: Direct the forensic review and reconciliation of complex historical data, leading internal and external resources to ensure a robust, "audit-ready" foundation. • Financial Normalization: • On-Chain Intelligence: Manage the bridge between raw custodial data and GAAP reporting, ensuring high-volume transactional data is accurately tracked and traceable to its original source. • On-Chain Intelligence: • Advanced Technical Research: Act as a core internal authority on ASC 606 and 805, specifically regarding principal vs. agent nuances, M&A integrations, and DeFi yield protocols. • Advanced Technical Research: • Capital Markets Readiness: Lead the project management and drafting of sophisticated financial disclosures and MD&A for potential registration statements, S-1/F-1 prospectus disclosures, and SEC engagements. • Capital Markets Readiness: • Global Systems Optimization: Design, implement, and monitor SOPs for offshore teams and direct reports, while tightening the integration between our crypto sub-ledgers and NetSuite to improve month-end cadence. • Global Systems Optimization:
