Robots and Pencils - Junior Fullstack Engineer
Requirements
• 2–3 years of commercial software development experience. • Hands-on experience with React and modern frontend tooling. • Working knowledge of C# and .NET backend development. • Familiarity with component libraries (experience with RadixUI or similar is a plus). • Understanding of REST APIs and client–server architecture. • Experience working in agile/scrum teams with CI/CD workflows. • Upper-intermediate English, written and spoken. • Experience with TypeScript. • Exposure to design systems and accessibility best practices. • Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Personal Competencies • Adaptability – Comfortable in a fast-paced, greenfield project environment. • Adaptability • Collaboration – Communicates proactively with team members and client stakeholders. • Collaboration • Craftsmanship – Cares about clean code, good UX, and doing things right. • Craftsmanship
Responsibilities
• Implement frontend features in React (built on RadixUI) with clean, maintainable code. • Contribute to C#/.NET backend development and RESTful APIs. • Work closely with senior engineers, designers, and product stakeholders to understand requirements and success criteria. • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and QA reviews. • Communicate progress and blockers clearly in an agile environment.
