Requirements

• Mentoring, code review, or bootcamp TA experience • Experience in a regulated or enterprise environment • Familiarity with spec-driven development or governance artifacts • Logistics: • Remote, ~5-10 hrs/week • Available during US Pacific time business hours • ~12 weeks starting approximately October 2026 • Correlation One’s Commitment

Responsibilities

• Review learners' AI-assisted code, specs, and governance artifacts — give constructive, specific feedback • Catch where learners are stuck or falling behind and intervene early • Run virtual office hours for Q&A and hands-on help • Evaluate not just "does the code work" but "did the engineer use AI well" — judgment, not just output • What we need from you: • Working full-stack software engineer who uses AI coding tools in their daily workflow — specifically tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor for tasks like code generation, refactoring, debugging, or test writing (not just autocomplete suggestions) • Comfortable reviewing someone else's code and giving clear, constructive feedback in a way that's specific and actionable, not just "looks good" or "needs work" • Reliable and responsive over 12 weeks — consistency matters more than brilliance • Familiar enough with AI-assisted development to evaluate how engineers work with AI, not just what they produce
