Requirements

• Experience: 4-7 years of product management experience in a technology-driven environment. Insurance or Insurtech experience is a plus but not required — AI capability is the priority. • AI Proficiency (Required): Demonstrated, hands-on experience using AI tools (LLMs, AI coding assistants, automation frameworks) to build or prototype real solutions — not just familiarity with the concepts. Ability to articulate how you’ve used AI to accelerate your own work, with specific examples of prototypes built, workflows automated, or development cycles compressed. • Technical Background: Strong understanding of software development, APIs, system integrations, and data flows. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you need to be technical enough to build prototypes, evaluate AI outputs, and have credible conversations with your engineering squad. Familiarity with data technologies (e.g., Snowflake, vector databases) is a plus. • Technical Background: • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and drive complex initiatives to successful outcomes. • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. Actual starting pay will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, training, and experience.
