Requirements
• 4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer in SaaS or technology-driven environments. • Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Angular, and React. • Experience building and consuming APIs, with a solid understanding of backend systems. • Hands-on experience with MongoDB and cloud platforms (GCP experience preferred). • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end features from design through production. • Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating in remote, asynchronous teams. • Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with broader team goals. • Experience working in remote-first or async-first engineering teams. • Exposure to performance monitoring and optimisation in production systems. • Experience contributing to growth-focused product initiatives. • Familiarity with scalable SaaS architectures and distributed systems. • Interest in building products that improve productivity, transparency, and trust in modern workplaces.
Responsibilities
• Implement and maintain web applications using modern frontend technologies such as React Native/React JS for the user interface layer. • Develop RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between different components of a full stack application utilizing Node.js framework, ExpressJS or Django Rest Framework (DRF). • Ensure robustness and scalability by writing efficient code that can handle high traffic volumes while maintaining performance standards using tools like Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration if necessary. • Perform database management tasks including designing schema migrations with a focus on data integrity, normalizing databases to reduce redundancy where applicable, and optimizing queries for better efficiency without compromising security measures such as encryption of sensitive information in the cloud or local storage systems like PostgreSQL/MySQL. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, backend engineers, product managers, designers to ensure seamless integration and user experience across all touchpoints within a full stack application using Agile methodologies for iterative development cycles if needed.
