Sezzle - Marketplace Operations & Experimentation Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. • 1 to 3+ years of experience in operations, experimentation, or product analytics. • Highly organized. You can run many tests and workstreams at once without anything slipping. • Clear written and verbal communication in English, with teammates across the business and external partners. • Strong analytical skills. Comfortable with SQL and dashboards, and able to read A/B test results (lift, significance, sample size). • Comfortable in a fast-changing environment where priorities shift. • Detail-oriented with a QA mindset. You catch the targeting mistake before it launches. • Daily user of Claude or a similar AI tool. You use it to analyze data, write queries, draft docs, and automate repetitive work, and you can walk us through real examples. • Experience with A/B testing or feature flag tools, such as Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, Statsig, or Firebase. • Experience with affiliate, cashback, or advertising partnerships. • Experience with Jira and Confluence. • Experience with mobile apps and product analytics tools, such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar. • You have relentlessly high standards - many people may think your standards are unreasonably high.
