Requirements

You have solid experience designing and executing tests across the stack, from front-end UI validation to in-depth API testing, including proven, hands-on experience and proficiency with key languages (e.g. Python, Typescript) and modern automation frameworks (e.g. Playwright, Selenium). • Technical. • Mobile testing exposure. Responsibilities
• We're looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our performance analysis squad, a team dedicated to building best-in-class tools that help coaches and analysts turn game video and data into winning insights. You'll help us build and scale the products that power film breakdowns, tagging, stats, and reporting, so every clip, metric, and playlist is accurate, fast, and reliable. In this role, you'll lead testing efforts within your squad, focusing on both prevention and efficiency so that coaches and analysts have a seamless experience, from game day through the film room. • As a QA Engineer, you’ll: • Champion squad quality. Attend and actively voice quality focus in squad sprint scrum ceremonies, understand the core problem being solved and ensure backlog defects are prioritized. • Champion squad quality. • Drive test strategy. Create test plans, implement squad quality best practices, use data to drive high-quality outcomes and ensure post-mortems or root cause analyses (RCAs) are created for all hotfixes. • Drive test strategy. • Test and merge.
