• You have 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally working across complex product ecosystems with multiple surfaces, partners, and dependencies. • You have a track record of improving multi-surface product experiences, not just launching new features but making existing systems work better together. • You use analytics, A/B testing, and user research to guide product decisions. • You're comfortable working across both consumer-facing and platform or tooling surfaces, and can move between listener needs and creator needs. • You communicate clearly and build shared understanding across teams that don't always see each other's work, translating between consumer, pipeline, and creator perspectives. • You're comfortable with ambiguity and managing complexity across multiple teams and partners. • You think in systems and map how changes in one part of the ecosystem (content pipeline, creator tooling, conversion flows, consumer surfaces) affect the rest. • You look for the most impactful fix rather than optimizing surfaces in isolation. • ## Where You'll Be • This role is based in London or Stockholm • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best!
