Requirements

• · 2+ year of sales experience required, ideally in a phone or contact center environment. • · High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • · Ability to maximize sales opportunities and overcome objections. • · Excellent presentation skills and customer service orientation. • · Strong competitive sales background and first call closing skills. • · Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively. • · Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• · Drive and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth targets for assigned brands, taking ownership of your performance and results. • · Manage inbound sales calls during defined business hours and conduct outbound outreach to warm leads, engaging prospects to understand their needs, present solutions, and drive conversion opportunities. • · Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer centric relationships through partnering with customers/students to understand their needs and objectives. • · Demonstrate a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, including our unique competitive advantages and challenges, and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge. • · Work collaboratively with the team to continue to grow and expand the business into new areas, products, and services. • · Work closely with the Customer Services team, contact center, tech support and staff for local and regional relationship building in addition to keeping and growing existing relations. • · Manage sales pipeline and track sales activities through weekly and monthly reports
