Requirements

Responsibilities
• Lead and support clinical quality, compliance, and risk management initiatives across the organization • Develop and maintain standardized onboarding, education, and competency programs for clinical staff • Oversee quality assurance activities including documentation audits, corrective action planning, and continuous improvement initiatives • Support regulatory readiness and ensure compliance with HIPAA, CDC, state immunization, and customer requirements • Manage registry and EMR governance, including access oversight, documentation integrity, and workflow standardization • Analyze operational and quality data to identify trends, support reporting, and provide actionable insights to leadership • Partner with operations and clinical leadership on vaccine program implementation, process improvement, and operational readiness • Assist with policy development, program standardization, and scalable clinical infrastructure initiatives • ## Key Qualifications We're Looking For: • RN required; healthcare administration or clinical operations experience preferred • Experience in healthcare quality, compliance, clinical operations, education, or program management • Knowledge of immunization programs, EMRs, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience developing workflows, policies, and training materials preferred
