Requirements
• Deep Expertise in SQL with experience working with modern Data Warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery). • Hands-on experience with DBT, building and maintaining modular, scalable data models. • A practical approach to problem-solving that balances high technical standards with key business priorities • Expert in Tableau Desktop. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner smoothly across non-technical teams using Data for story telling. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. • Able to architect custom AI solutions and smart automated systems that are safe, maintainable, and aligned with our long-term mission • Act as a technical bridge and mentor, training “builders" across the company to move from basic AI usage to sophisticated system creation • Strong understanding of financial datasets or prior exposure to the banking/fintech sector. • We’re building a place where everyone truly feels they belong.
