Requirements

Responsibilities
• Manage large enterprise client DTP needs for highly customized layouts and understand customer preferences deeply. • Oversee project level DTP quality monitoring to ensure strict adherence to instructions and meet all specified standards of quality assurance (QA). • Collaborate closely with clients, design reviewers, project managers, and typographers for seamless final deliverables that comply fully with the set guidelines. • Conduct detailed QA checks on translations to ensure accuracy in line with client standards and industry benchmarks. • Coordinate communication regarding adjustments, technical constraints, and delivery timelines between internal teams and clients effectively. • Troubleshoot issues related to language translation or software limitations affecting font, size, image compatibility across different platforms. • Format and layout multilingual content in a way that maintains consistency with the original material as well as client specifications. • Preprocess files by extracting and formatting contents for ready DTP output using various Adobe InDesign tools like Illustrator, Photoshop etc., along with MS Office formats such as Word, PowerPoint. • Perform localization adjustments on visual elements including images, tables, documents to meet the requirements of target languages and regions. • Proficiently use DTP software (Adobe suite) for creating high-quality translated document files that adhere strictly to client guidelines. • Manage version control across different versions of a single file format ensuring project deliverables' accuracy during transitions between formats without loss in design integrity or layout consistency. • Convert documents from one file format into another as per the specific needs and requirements, maintaining original designs with precision throughout this process.
