Requirements
• 5+ years of front-end software development experience using Typescript, React & Tailwind • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS • Experience developing across the full software stack in conjunction with AI and agentic software development practices • Ability to design systems that are secure, scalable and resilient to failure • Familiarity with relational databases like PostgresSQL • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture • Excellent communication and documentation skills to go along with a collaborative mindset • A passion for clean code, continuous improvement and best practices in software engineering • Familiarity with mobile development (especially Flutter), three.js, shadcn/radix, TanStack, Python • $131,700 - $196,600 a year • CA, WA, NJ, MA, DC, NYC range: $$144,800 - $$177,700 • Rest of US Range: $$131,700 - $$161,500 • SF Range: $$161,100 - $196,600 • In addition to the above salary, this role may be eligible for a bonus. • Additional Information Regarding Job Duties and Job Descriptions:

• Design and implement front-end frameworks and shared component libraries across the product line • Utilize AI-driven software processes to build and expand Goodleap Pros front-end and full stack services in a variety of technologies • Collaborate with the product team to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions as you lead initiatives within the Pros Selling organization • Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment • Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting best practices in AI-driven software development • Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues in a timely manner to maintain high system availability • If you are an extraordinary professional who thrives in a collaborative work culture and values a rewarding career, then we want to work with you!
