Mission Lane - Senior Learning Experience Designer
Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on corporate instructional design experience • Bachelor's or master's in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Educational Technology, or equivalent experience. • Extensive ILT design experience, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and classroom activities built for adult learners in corporate environments • Proven ability to own large-scale design projects from kickoff through rollout with minimal oversight; you manage the timeline and the deliverables • Expert-level proficiency with eLearning technology (such as Articulate), plus working knowledge of audio and video editing • A real command of adult learning theory and instructional design models, with the practical sense to know when to apply what in a fast-moving environment • Hands-on experience using generative AI tools in your design process: prototyping outlines, building storyboards, creating multimedia assets • Experience designing across the full range: operational skills, business skills, individual contributor development, and leadership • A portfolio that shows you can take complex content and make it land across multiple formats • Ability to travel as required, approximately 4-6 times per year. • ATD Master Instructional Designer certification or CPTD • Background in financial services, fintech, or other high-volume operations environments where learning has a direct impact on customer experience

Benefits
• Annual full-time starting base salary range: $95,000 - $124,250 • This role is eligible for additional compensation in the forms of participation in our annual incentive and equity programs. • Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
