Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field with strong academic standing. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, etc., demonstrated through coursework, projects, or previous internships. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to learn new technologies quickly and work collaboratively in a team environment. • Experience with fundamental development tools including databases, web technologies (HTML/CSS). • Self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and genuine interest in enterprise software development.
Responsibilities
• Partner with engineers and product to map the top developer jobs. • Configure multi‑provider waterfalls for stand-up environment setup. • Run market‑specific policy variants as part of compliance orchestration. • Generate audit‑ready reports from rapid heuristic review and IA audit against HCI best practices. • Lead 6–10 usability sessions with target developer profiles to discover user experience insights. • Instrument a baseline for time‑to‑first‑success, task success rate, and error types in the context of compliance studio usage. • Redesign navigation and interaction patterns using progressive disclosure and smart defaults tailored for developers' needs. • Write high‑clarity microcopy and inline guidance to reduce documentation lookups within K-ID’s Compliance Studio environment. • Build high‑fidelity, clickable flows representing 2–3 critical journeys that integrate with sample data sets relevant to compliance workflows. • Validate the redesigned navigation patterns by comparing baseline metrics against usability test results and accessibility checks for K-ID’s Compliance Studio environment. • Package a phased rollout plan, including engineering feasibility notes, as part of delivering new or improved features to developers within K-ID's ecosystem.
