Requirements

Responsibilities
• As an intern, you will support in activities such as: • Procurement & Supply Chain Operations, Process Review and Documentation • Support daily procurement activities, including purchase requisition reviews, purchase order creation, and supplier follow-up. • Monitor open purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to support factory production requirements. • Purchase Requisition • Purchase Order Processing • Shipment Tracking • Inventory Planning & Replenishment • Assist to streamlin standardized process flows and work instructions. • Identify operational bottlenecks, duplicate activities, and manual processes • Process Automation & Digitalization • Manual data entry • Processing lead times • Operational inefficiencies • Support dashboards development and reporting using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, or Power Platform tools. • Requisition-to-Purchase Order Process • Supplier Follow-up Activities • Shipment Visibility Tracking • Inventory Monitoring • Evaluate opportunities for real-time visibility and reporting across procurement and logistics activities. • Design, implement, and improve Supply Chain Management processes in a fast-growing organization • Real-world application of AI, automation, and digital tools to solve operational challenges • Hands-on experience supporting procurement and supply chain through structured, scalable processes • An understanding of how strong operational foundations enable teams to execute efficiently and reliably
