Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) is a plus. • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative. • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling candidate information. • Pursuing or recently completed graduation/MBA (HR specialization preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms. • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. • Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates. • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers. • Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms. • Support the team with offer roll-out and candidate follow-ups. • Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
