olo - Software Engineer - BrandX

• ## What will set you up for success • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 1 to 3 years of professional software engineering experience, or a strong portfolio of shipped projects. • Working knowledge of C# and .NET, and comfort reading code you didn't write. • Some experience building web UIs. We use React and TypeScript, but any modern framework is a fine starting point. • Comfortable with SQL and relational data. A lot of our work is understanding how data moves between systems. • You understand the difference between unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and when each one earns its place. • AI coding agents are your default way of working. You use tools like Claude Code daily, you can explain the fundamentals underneath what they generate, and you're excited about a team that expects you to push them further. • You ask questions early, write things down, and are comfortable working with colleagues in other time zones.
