Requirements
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social channels for a mobile subscription app or performance-driven business. • Experience managing seven-figure monthly budgets at target CACs. • Experience with value optimisation with a target ROAS. • Strong understanding of incrementality measurement (conversion lift). • Expert in the Meta and TikTok ads ecosystems (AEO, AEM, Advantage+, CBO, ADC, Smart+). • Familiar with Meta iOS, Android, Web and Web2App campaigns. • Proficiency with AppsFlyer (or another MMP). • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. • Love seeing their optimisations pay off and watching their campaigns grow in efficiency & scale. • Love experimenting with ad copy, landing pages, bid strategies and creative assets. • Use data to uncover insights, optimise campaigns, and refine strategies. • Have worked with predictive LTV to understand the true value of your campaigns. • Have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams: creative, product or engineering. • Have some familiarity with Smartly or other automation tools.

Task Follow-up and Technical Interview with Laura, Head of Performance Marketing, and Andy (50 minutes video call) • 5.
