Responsibilities
• Act as a mortgage servicing subject matter expert to help shape business requirements that ultimately become product features. • Engage with clients across the deployment cycle — from sales demos to enablement to product support. • Serve as a product expert; educate clients on how to use Valon’s system successfully. • Understand client needs and tailor solutions that drive measurable outcomes. • Collaborate with tech teams (Product, Engineering, Ops) to translate feedback into feature requests and platform improvements. • Travel as needed (approx. 25–50%) to support client implementations. • IDEAL BACKGROUND • 10+ years of mortgage servicing experience, with strong domain knowledge of most mortgage servicing industry concepts. • Direct experience managing the technical and operational implementation of a new servicing system. • Prior experience with Foreclosure & Bankruptcy preferred.
