Able - Operations Analyst (Finance)

• 3–6 years of experience in finance operations, financial analysis, business operations, or a related analytical role, ideally within a growing company. • Hands-on experience with payroll, expense management, and monthly financial close processes. • Strong analytical skills and advanced spreadsheet proficiency. • Experience working with SQL and/or business intelligence tools such as Metabase, Looker Studio, or similar. • Experience building dashboards, reports, or analyses for leadership audiences. • Strong attention to detail and a high level of comfort working with financial data. • Familiarity with tools such as Deel, Justworks, HubSpot, Attio, Greenhouse, or comparable systems. • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both finance and non-finance stakeholders. • Strong ownership and the ability to manage work independently in a growing, evolving environment. • Experience supporting both US and LATAM payroll or finance operations. • Experience working in a startup, services business, or other lean operating environment. • Experience establishing reporting processes or analytics capabilities from scratch. • Experience with financial planning, forecasting, or budgeting. • Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar as part of your day-to-day work. • What Success Looks Like • We’re looking for someone who brings more than technical skills.
