Requirements

• Around 2 years of experience in ad monetisation in gaming. • Hands-on experience with MAX mediation platform. • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, dashboards, or analytical frameworks. • Self-sufficient, autonomous, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-changing environment. • Knowledge of Looker for analytics and reporting is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own ad monetisation strategy for a portfolio of games: build, optimize, and manage monetisation setups to maximize revenue across Lion Studios. • Design and execute monetisation-related product decisions. • Lead integration, testing, and rollout of new monetisation partners. • Manage relationships with ad providers. • Collaborate with Product, QA, and User Acquisition teams to share insights, enhance workflows, and drive efficiency
