Clear Street - Senior Product Designer — Trading

• Has shipped retail trading products with real users: equities, options, futures, crypto, some meaningful combination. If you haven't designed for people making real trades with real money, this probably isn't the right fit. • Understands trading mechanics well enough to have strong opinions about where current products get it wrong • Strong craft and taste. The work should look considered. • Mobile is expected, not optional. This isn't a desktop-only product. • Can prototype in the real codebase using AI tooling. Not expected to write production code, but Figma alone isn't enough. • High autonomy. You'll set your own direction and course-correct when you're wrong. • Background at a consumer fintech with a strong design culture • Options or derivatives UX specifically • Has worked on or contributed to a design system • This is a small team. Everyone is building, giving feedback, and in the work together, not siloed by function.
