Requirements

• At least 5-7 years working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments, etc • Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, private bank customers with brokers, or commercial banks, etc • Coordinating internally with cross-functional teams (e.g. compliance, operations, product) to address client requirements effectively. • Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure. • Monitoring regulatory changes impacting Turkish markets, and ensuring account activities align with compliance requirements. • Operate in a self-driven fast paced work environment, and be able to adapt quickly to shifting team requirements. • Passionate about crypto. Responsibilities

• Engage with institutional clients to understand their needs and develop tailored sales strategies. • Attend industry events and conferences for networking opportunities and client acquisition. • Maintain regular communication with existing VIP accounts through calls, emails, or meetings to ensure satisfaction and explore new business prospects. • Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies and product positioning. • Prepare detailed reports on account performance for management review purposes. • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align promotional activities with client needs and preferences. • Manage a portfolio of VIP accounts, ensuring timely execution of sales strategies while maintaining high levels of customer service. • Provide exceptional support for clients by addressing their concerns promptly and effectively through various communication channels. • Develop new business leads to expand the client base within institutional sectors. • Participate in team meetings, presentations, and strategy sessions to contribute ideas and stay informed about company developments. • Maintain a professional appearance on all platforms used for work purposes (e.g., LinkedIn profile).
