Requirements
• 3–6 years of backend engineering experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Node.js and TypeScript in production systems. • Solid understanding of distributed systems, scalability, concurrency, and failure handling. • Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL stores (MongoDB/DynamoDB). • Hands-on experience with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ. • Strong exposure to AWS services, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and working knowledge of Kubernetes. • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong foundations in DSA and design patterns. • Experience in payments, fintech, or high-availability platforms is a strong plus. • Knowledge of Java or other backend languages is an added advantage.
