Requirements
• We embrace being fully remote. We schedule meetings sparingly and instead heavily use async comms (Slack, Notion, Loom) • 3+ years of technical candidate sourcing experience in high-bar, high-growth tech environments • Skilled in identifying high-potential engineering candidates based on profile • Strong attention to detail; our bar is high and meeting it requires a nuanced viewpoint • Fluent in using pipeline metrics to prioritize time and identify issues • Thrives in low-structure startup environments, building as you go • Candidate-centric approach, balancing empathy with pragmatism
