Requirements

• Experience selling complex enterprise B2B software or platform solutions • Background in high-growth technology companies (100–250+ employees) • Proven ability to close first-of-kind or non-standard enterprise deals • Strong commercial judgment and comfort with ambiguity • Ability to work closely with Product and Solutions teams • Credibility with senior enterprise stakeholders • Builder mindset — excited by creation, not maintenance • Insurance, automotive, logistics, marketplace, or infrastructure platforms • Expansion, partnerships, or strategic sales roles • Experience launching new verticals or geographies • Please note: if you don't have all the skills/experience listed above but believe you could be outstanding in this role, please still consider applying. Responsibilities

• Land foundational enterprise customers in the UK and Europe. • Lead strategic enterprise sales efforts targeting insurers, OEMs, fleets, MSOs, dealer groups, and partnerships capable of generating significant job volume through AI Parts Infrastructure (rails). • Structure complex commercial negotiations end-to-end. • Design pilots, partnership plans, and rollout strategies in collaboration with Product and Solutions teams to ensure scalability alongside customer needs. • Open new demand motions by creating enterprise demand for Partly's platform within the UK market or Europe at large. • Translate learnings from these deals into GTM (Go-to Market) insights, pricing strategies, and product development to shape future roadmaps. • Collaborate deeply with Marketing on establishing repeatable enterprise sales motions in new customer segments within the UK market or Europe at large.
