You sweat the details on typography, color, spacing, and motion • Design systems experience. You've contributed to and worked within Figma component libraries • Prototyping skills. Proficiency in Figma and other platforms to bring ideas to life • Clear communication. You can present work, give and receive feedback, and collaborate across functions • Growth mindset, low-ego, and a sense of humor. • E-commerce or conversion-focused design background • Experience in rapidly scaling startups • You care about craft. Responsibilities

• Design and develop user interfaces for our product lineup to enhance the customer experience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and support to ensure alignment of design goals across departments. • Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on interface designs and iterate based on findings. • Stay updated with current trends in product design within the healthcare industry to maintain a competitive edge for our products. • Manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met through effective time management skills. • Prepare detailed documentation of user interface designs and specifications for future reference and development phases.
