CyberMedia Technologies - Mid-level Quality Assurance Engineer

• Professional Experience: At least three (3–5+) years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or related roles. • Experience developing and executing manual and automated test cases. • Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar. • Experience using Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for test case management, defect tracking, and sprint-based workflows. • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall. • Experience performing Section 508 / accessibility compliance testing using tools such as ANDI, Color Contrast Checker, CommonLook, or similar. • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Preferred: • Experience supporting U.S. federal government IT systems or modernization programs. • Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter or similar. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into build and release workflows. • Experience testing data-driven or cloud-hosted applications. • Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
