Responsibilities
• Owning the implementation projects for Europe and the UK, and be the global coordinator for the implementation managers across all regions • Establish and manage relationships with existing contacts at partner banks and internal stakeholders; • Coordinating the execution of Due Diligence questionnaires, KYC and Onboarding requirements; • Providing assistance on banking infrastructure requirements in new countries / verticals; • Monitoring and updating online bank accounts accesses; • Efficiently managing queries from internal and external partners, related to payments processing and compliance topics. • Coordination of external bank meetings. • Act as primary point of cover when the Global Head of Bank Relationships is out of office, coordinating all queries, meetings and managing escalations
