Requirements
• Technical skills needed for architecting data structures. • Experience with building complex financial models. • Ability to demonstrate the tangible value of Drivetrain's platform to CFOs and Finance leaders. • Exposure to or knowledge in data architecture, specifically design scalable data models. • Familiarity with translating business requirements into robust technical logic for FP&A purposes. • Experience leading deep-dive technical workshops that define business logic and map out customized financial models live. • Ability to conduct strategic discovery sessions, uncovering limitations of current architectures (e.g., Excel sheets or legacy EPMs) for modern data-driven planning infrastructure mapping. • Cross-functional feedback skills in providing detailed input on backend data handling and modeling flexibility within Drivetrain's platform to Product and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
• Design, model, and configure proof-of-concepts and pilot implementations within Drivetrain to solve specific financial pain points. • Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and VPs of Finance by translating complex business requirements into robust technical logic for FP&A processes. • Leverage exposure to data architecture to design scalable data models that guide prospects on structuring their financial and operational data (ERP, CRM, HRIS) within Drivetrain's platform. • Conduct technical discovery sessions with prospects to uncover limitations of current architectures and map out a modern, data-driven planning infrastructure for them. • Lead deep-dive technical workshops where business logic is defined, data flows are mapped, and customized models live demonstrate the platform's value in financial decision making.
