Requirements
• 2+ years of video editing experience, including social media and long-form content (e.g., YouTube and TikTok) editing. • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both short-form and long-form video editing. • Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). • Ability to create engaging visual narratives and dynamic motion graphics. • Solid understanding of platform formatting, pacing, and audience engagement. • Knowledge of copyright-safe media sourcing and licensing practices. • Reliable turnaround and time-management skills. • Degree or coursework in film, video production, digital media, or related field. • Experience working with workflow tools like Wistia, Smartsheet, or comparable project systems. • Familiarity with advanced editing plugins (e.g., eye contact correction, color balancing, generative visuals).
