Requirements
• You have deep understanding and experience in TV & digital media including the relationship between bought, earned, and owned media. And have experience informing buy, plan and optimize strategies. • You are a self-motivated problem solver. • You are comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders (customers, partners, and internal teams), assessing outcomes, and making recommendations. • You smile in the face of ambiguity, welcome the opportunity to manage multiple work streams, and can tell a simple and strategic story from technical data sets. • You have the ability to understand how to build client roadmaps that enable year 1 and beyond growth.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with client and prospect teams (Media, Research/Analytics, Digital, Data Science, etc.) to articulate and layout a clear understanding of value proposition and most impactful solution • Translate complex concepts, approaches and methodologies into simple and strategic terms for internal and external audiences • Build strong relationships with prospects and customers • Leverage analytical experience to develop data-driven solutions and insights • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all iSpot product capabilities • Be comfortable utilizing business intelligence and reporting development tools such as Tableau for on the fly analysis a plus • Facilitate and help to construct new client strategic road mapping, ensure timely and accurate delivery of analysis that drives critical client KPIs • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to facilitate adoption of new product offerings, communicate best practices and work through unique use cases • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to create & enhance new product offerings and methodology • Qualifications and Education Requirements: • 8+ years of media (live linear, CTV or digital) planning experience (Brand or Agency, both a plus) • Must have in-depth marketing, brand management experience (Brand, Agency, or Consulting Firm) • Experience managing and growing SaaS and/or subscription revenue • Willingness and comfort with travel to customer sites, as required • Strong communication skills and the ability to examine, synthesize, and present data to various stakeholders (customers and partners) • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, organize, and operate in a fast moving, entrepreneurial start-up environment • With Sales Account Executives, comfort managing contracts and negotiations process within various stakeholders (e.g. customer, procurement, and finance) • Bachelor’s Degree (and Master’s degree preferred) in business, statistics, or engineering with a penchant for data

The cash compensation above includes base salary, variable commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full time iSpotters are eligible to participate in iSpot’s equity plan to receive stock options. Non-exempt roles will also be eligible for (pre-approved) overtime pay.
