Requirements
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification. • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Human Resources (HR) certification. • 15+ years of experience in IT, with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation. • Proven expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom application development. • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions to complex challenges. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Experience leading technical teams and managing large-scale ServiceNow implementations. • Existing Public Trust Clearance or Ability to Obtain an NIH Badge. • Advanced certifications in ServiceNow, such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or additional CIS certifications. • Experience with federal government clients or public sector environments. • Familiarity with ITIL best practices and frameworks. • Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies. • Applicants selected will be subject to a Security Investigation and May need to Meet Requirements for Access to Protected and/or Classified Information • Applicants need to be a US Citizen to be considered for the position and have physically resided in the United States for a minimum of 3 years due to background investigation requirements.
Responsibilities
• Provide technical leadership and expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions as the lead ServiceNow Architect. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for HR workflows tailored by architectural designs and implementation plans. • Lead development and deployment of ServiceNow modules aligned with best practices and organizational goals, providing guidance and mentorship to the teams involved in this process. • Oversee integration efforts between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. • Develop and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation guides for ongoing reference and clarity within the team. • Stay informed about updates to the ServiceNow platform as well as new features and industry trends that can be leveraged for continuous improvement of solutions provided. • Support pre-sales activities by offering technical expertise in solution demonstrations, providing effort estimations relevant to client needs.
