Requirements

Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive Schematic & Layout Reviews to identify design flaws in power delivery networks, signal integrity, and RF/antenna paths. • Lead the integration of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) stacks, including GATT profile development and power consumption optimization. • Guide customers through RTOS & Driver Integration (e.g., Zephyr, FreeRTOS) and peripheral interfacing (I2C, SPI, UART, MIPI). • Perform root-cause analysis on complex hardware/software bugs using Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, and BLE Sniffers (e.g., Ellisys, Teledyne LeCroy). • Analyze system logs and protocol timing to resolve intermittent connectivity or stability issues. • Support customers through critical hardware validation phases (EVT, DVT, and PVT) to ensure a smooth transition to mass production. • Collaborate across time zones with offshore R&D teams (e.g., in Taiwan or the US) to resolve high-priority technical bottlenecks. • Deliver technical training and product demonstrations to customer engineering teams. • Proactively suggest design optimizations to improve system performance and reduce time-to-market. • Drive the success of high-impact projects across Singapore, South Asia (including India, Vietnam), and Australia and overseas travel (South Asia and Australia) is required.
