CSCI Consulting - SAP Security Administrator

• Must be able to obtain a Federal Secret security clearance (Active clearance preferred) • 12+ years of overall SAP experience • At least 10 years of specialized SAP Security experience • Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control • Experience designing and administering security for SAP S/4HANA • Experience configuring and supporting SAP Fiori security • Experience configuring and supporting SAP Business Technology Platform security • Experience integrating identity management solutions with SAP environments • Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts, role design, and security architecture • Experience with SAP audit, compliance, and risk-management tools • Experience conducting security audits and access reviews • Ability to troubleshoot complex SAP security, access, and authorization issues • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams • Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving • Ability to work with clients to understand their needs • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Professional presence • Advanced experience optimizing SAP GRC Access Control • Experience supporting SAP security during enterprise deployments, upgrades, and system enhancements • Experience developing and enforcing SAP security policies and governance standards • Experience supporting regulatory compliance and risk-mitigation initiatives • Experience collaborating with cybersecurity, internal audit, functional, and technical teams • Knowledge of current SAP security trends, vulnerabilities, and emerging threats • Strong security documentation and audit-evidence management skills • Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently • Strong customer and vendor relationship skills • Demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies • Motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value • Past experience working with a federal government agency • Department of War experience is a plus! • CSCI is an award-winning information technology and financial management consulting firm founded on one simple philosophy: “Do what is right, always.” We apply this philosophy across all elements of our growing business, from delivering world-class services for customers to providing an environment where associates thrive both personally and professionally.
