Requirements
• 3–5+ years in developer relations, business development, or ecosystem growth within crypto, DeFi, or emerging tech environments • Deep web3 fluency — you understand blockchain mechanics, smart contracts, and decentralized systems beyond surface level • API-first mindset — comfortable working with REST/GraphQL APIs, troubleshooting integrations, and guiding partners through technical implementations • Exceptional communication — can translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, from developers to executives • Polymarket familiarity — knowledge of our existing APIs and platform, or demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new technical systems • Bonus points: Background in prediction markets, trading platforms, or quantitative finance
Responsibilities
• Cultivate and champion Polymarket's global network of developers, traders, and market creators. Turn community feedback into actionable product insights to ensure builders feel supported and heard. • Guide external teams through integrations with Polymarket’s APIs as the technical point person ensuring partners ship successful integrations while identifying opportunities to improve our developer experience. • Source and nurture strategic alliances with crypto protocols, research institutions, media partners, and complementary platforms that expand Polymarket's reach and utility. • Build deeper relationships with market creators, liquidity providers, and institutional participants who drive trading volume and market quality to enhance the ecosystem’s robustness. • Run our grants program end-to-end — from sourcing promising applications to shepherding funded projects through successful launches as a leader in fostering innovation within Polymarket's community. • Serve as an internal advocate, working cross-functionally with partner and developer needs shaping our product roadmap while ensuring their voices are heard at the executive level for better alignment of business objectives with user requirements.
