Requirements
• Strong expertise in database administration, data modeling, and data engineering • Experience creating detailed data models, mappings, and dictionaries • Proficiency with data migration and transition planning in complex systems • Knowledge of secure data handling, encryption, and PII protection • Skills in performance tuning, monitoring, and capacity management for databases • Ability to design and implement automated data sharing and integration processes • Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills • Problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting data and database issues • Collaboration skills to work effectively with development, security, and operations teams • Familiarity with federal IT data standards and compliance requirements is preferred
