Responsibilities
• Manage client accounts in Morocco to ensure satisfaction and growth of the business relationship. • Develop strategies for account expansion within local markets while adhering to cultural norms and practices. • Oversee daily operations by coordinating with regional managers, ensuring alignment with company objectives. • Communicate regularly with clients through various channels (phone calls, emails, meetings) to understand their needs and address concerns promptly. • Analyze market trends within the Moroccan business landscape to identify opportunities for growth or diversification of services/products offered by Mistral AI. • Represent Mistral AI at industry events in Casablanca, fostering networking with potential clients and partners. • Monitor competitors' activities and strategies within the Moroccan market segment to maintain a strong position for Mistral AI. • Prepare detailed reports on account performance metrics such as revenue growth, client retention rates, and service quality assessments. • Collaborate with sales teams in Casablanca by providing insights into clients' needs and preferences based on direct interactions or market research findings. • Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding data privacy laws when handling sensitive information from Moroccan accounts, including AI tools used during the hiring process for recruitment purposes within Mistral AI itself.
