Responsibilities
• Represent RoASEAN as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients in Singapore and APJ markets to drive business growth through strategic account management. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts by understanding their needs, goals, challenges, opportunities, products/services preferences, pricing expectations, contract terms, payment methods, communication channels (phone, email, video conferencing), preferred meeting times, etc., to ensure client satisfaction and retention. • Collaborate closely with the sales team in GoToMarket – Sales APJ / Singapore office by providing regular feedback on customer needs/expectations based on interactions or discussions during meetings; identify potential new accounts for expansion of business reach within targeted markets, sectors, industries and geographies. • Work closely with the marketing team to understand promotional activities planned in advance (e.g., product launches), align account strategies accordingly by providing timely feedback on customer needs/expectations based on interactions or discussions during meetings; identify potential new accounts for expansion of business reach within targeted markets, sectors, industries and geographies. • Participate in regular team huddles to share insights from client engagements with the sales and marketing teams (e.g., customer feedback on products/services), discuss account strategies based on these inputs; identify potential new accounts for expansion of business reach within targeted markets, sectors, industries and geographies. • Attend quarterly performance review meetings to receive constructive feedback from senior management regarding progress towards achieving individual goals (e.g., client acquisition/retention targets), discuss strategies to overcome challenges or capitalize on opportunities; identify potential new accounts for expansion of business reach within targeted markets, sectors, industries and geographies. • Attend monthly team meetings with the sales manager in GoToMarket – Sales APJ / Singapore office where performance metrics are reviewed (e.g., client acquisition/retention targets), strategies to overcome challenges or capitalize on opportunities discussed; identify potential new accounts for expansion of business reach within targeted markets, sectors, industries and geographies. • Participate in regular training sessions provided by the company (e.g., product knowledge refreshers) to stay updated with industry trends/developments that may impact client needs or expectations; identify potential new accounts for expansion of business reach within targeted markets, sectors, industries and geographies. • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholds (e.g., product development team) to understand upcoming products/services launches in advance so that account strategies can be aligned accordingly; identify potential new accounts for expansion of business reach within targeted markets, se
