Snappy - Associate General Counsel, Director

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar. • Approximately 6+ years of relevant legal experience, including substantial commercial contracting experience; a combination of law firm and in-house experience is preferred. • Demonstrated ability to independently draft and negotiate sophisticated B2B commercial agreements. • Strong working knowledge of SaaS, technology, privacy and data protection issues.
