Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs better and provide tailored solutions that meet those requirements within the scope of our sales platforms and agencies. • Develop strategies for client acquisition by identifying potential leads through various channels such as social media, industry events, or referrals from existing customers while adhering strictly to ethical guidelines and company policies. • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services across different platforms (e.g., digital brochures, webinars). • Monitor industry trends and competitors' activities closely in order to adapt strategies promptly for maintaining a competitive edge within Mexico City’s market landscape. • Attend regular meetings with the sales team and management to discuss performance metrics, set targets, receive feedback on client interactions, and align efforts towards common goals while ensuring compliance with company standards of conduct. • Manage accounts by regularly reviewing account statuses, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services within the scope provided in sales agreements to enhance revenue potential without compromising client satisfaction. • Provide exceptional customer service and support as needed while maintaining professionalism at all times during interactions with clients across various communication channels (e.g., phone, email, live chat).
