Requirements

• 10- 15+ years of experience in an Enterprise customer-facing sales role, identifying and closing large accounts. • People Leadership Experience: 5+ years managing, mentoring, and developing a high performing enterprise sales team. • Enterprise Experience: Experience managing a $1M+ quota, and running end-to-end complex deals. • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions. • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the AI landscape, key players, and emerging trends. • Experience Building GTM Strategies: Building sales teams and sales motions from scratch, or from early stage growth. • Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise sales efforts to drive growth in existing markets as well as new market opportunities within France and beyond. • Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the company's products that align with business objectives while ensuring customer needs are met effectively. • Build, manage, and expand an enterprise sales team to achieve revenue targets by providing leadership, coaching, training, mentoring, motivation, accountability, performance management, succession planning, retention strategies, recruitment efforts, etc. as needed. • Identify new business opportunities through market research, customer feedback and industry trends analysis while maintaining a focus on the company's core competencies to ensure alignment with overall strategy. • Collaborate closely with other departments such as product development, operations, finance, HR etc., ensuring that all aspects of sales are aligned for maximum impact in driving growth. ✅ • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers by understanding their needs better than competitors to ensure customer loyalty while identifying new opportunities within the existing client base or through referrals from satisfied clients. • Represent Sierra as a credible, trustworthy partner for enterprise sales in both internal company meetings (e.g., presentations) and external engagements with customers, partners, suppliers etc. ✅ • Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities or threats that could impact the business while ensuring alignment of these insights into strategic planning for growth expansion within existing markets as well as exploring potential in new ones. ✅ • Develop and maintain a strong personal brand both internally (within Sierra) and externally, showcasing expertise through speaking engagements at industry events or conferences to establish thought leadership while also leveraging social media platforms for broader reach within the enterprise sales community. ✅ • Engage in continuous learning by staying abreast of new technologies, tools, methodologies and best practices that can enhance efficiency and effectiveness in driving growth through innovative approaches or solutions to common challenges faced during enterprise selling processes. ✅ • Manage the company's social media presence effectively while ensuring compliance with Sierra’s brand guidelines by curating content, engaging audiences on a regular basis and monitoring online conversations related to our products/services for insights into customer needs or concerns that can inform sales strategies. ✅ • Collaborate closely with the marketing team in developing targeted campaigns aimed at specific segments of enterprise customers while ensuring alignment between messaging, positioning and promotional activities across all channels to maximize impact on desired outcomes such as lead generation or conversion rates. ✅ • Develop a comprehensive compensation plan for the sales team that aligns with business object
