Requirements

• Experience with CDP tooling (e.g., Segment, mParticle, Tealium) or building similar in-house capabilities. • Familiarity with lifecycle orchestration platforms (Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable) and governance patterns (frequency caps, dedupe/suppression). • Experience with experimentation platforms (Optimizely, LaunchDarkly Experiments, Eppo, Statsig, Amplitude Experiment) and analysis best practices. • Built multi-channel engagement systems that balance speed with reliability and user trust. • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to accelerate product work (analysis, spec drafting, iteration planning) in a modern tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for CDP enablement and audience segmentation (events, traits, segments) to support targeting and personalization. • Build scalable lifecycle messaging capabilities—standardizing workflows and guardrails in Klaviyo and enabling expansion to Push and future channels. • Establish a practical A/B experimentation workflow (setup, metrics, readouts) to validate lifecycle improvements and product changes. • Partner with Data, Engineering, Growth, and Operations to ship reusable platform capabilities, not one-off solutions. • Improve reliability through monitoring, governance, and post-launch iteration based on real operational feedback. • Skills, qualifications and experience we look for • 3–7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of platform-like or B2B products with cross-team dependencies. • Hands-on experience working with data foundations (instrumentation, event/metric definitions, segmentation, or data quality workflows). • Experience building or operating lifecycle messaging/CRM (email/push) and understanding real-world channel constraints. • Strong execution and communication: can align stakeholders, define requirements, and drive delivery end-to-end. • Comfortable using metrics and experimentation thinking to guide prioritization and evaluate impact.
