Olsson - Lead RCDD Designer – Building Design
Requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Team‑oriented mindset; collaborative and dependable. • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Design, or related field (preferred). • 6+ years of CAD/BIM experience with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, or similar software. • Active RCDD certification (required). • Experience producing and reviewing complex engineering drawings. • Preferred experience with BIM 360, Navisworks, and other collaborative design tools. • Understanding of structured cabling standards (BICSI, TIA/EIA, NFPA) • Ability to interpret technical specs and coordinate across disciplines. • Willingness to complete occasional job‑site visits. • The typical annual salary range for this role is as listed below. Compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications. Employees in this role may be eligible for our performance‑based bonus and merit increases.
Responsibilities
