Requirements
• Education & Certifications • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field required. • Certified Technical Writer (CTW) • ITIL Foundation Certification • Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and professional documentation. • Experience working with technical subject matter and communicating complex information to diverse audiences. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and documentation management tools. • Ability to organize and manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously. • Strong project management and time management skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. • Experience with software development methodologies and technical concepts is preferred. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
