Requirements

• 2+ years of technical writing experience, ideally for software products • Strong command of written English with clear, concise communication style • Comfortable learning and navigating web-based SaaS platforms quickly • Proficiency with tools like Google Docs, Notion, or Confluence • Ability to self-manage deadlines with minimal oversight • Portfolio of previous technical writing or documentation samples • Experience creating video tutorials or screencasts (Loom, Scribe) • Familiarity with LMS platforms (TalentLMS, Teachable, etc.) • Background in instructional design or adult learning • Basic graphic editing skills (Figma, Canva) for diagrams

Responsibilities

• Author end-user training manuals, onboarding guides, and how-to documentation • Collaborate with product and engineering to capture feature details accurately • Create annotated screenshots and step-by-step visual walkthroughs • Maintain and update documentation as the product evolves • Organize content in a knowledge base or LMS (e.g. Notion, Confluence, Guru) • Gather feedback from customer success and support teams to improve docs

Benefits
