Responsibilities
• CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS• 3+ years of technical writing experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, complex web applications, or SaaS platforms.• Strong understanding of 3D digital asset lifecycles, file formats (glTF, USD, FBX, OBJ), metadata management, and creative workflows (e.g., Maya, Blender, Unreal Engine, CAD).• Experience documenting digital portals, user onboarding, permission tiers (RBAC), and SSO.• Proficiency with modern Docs-as-Code workflows (Markdown, Git/GitHub) or headless CMS platforms (ReadMe, GitBook, Confluence).• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and web technologies.• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for both technical and non-technical audiences.• Ability to independently interview stakeholders and synthesize information from multiple sources.• Bachelor's degree in English, Computer Science, Visual Effects & 3D Animation, Information Architecture, or equivalent practical experience. • CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS • Desirable• Familiarity with Obsidian and static site generators such as MkDocs.• Knowledge of Mermaid or similar diagramming tools.• Experience with documentation automation, CI/CD, and AI-assisted authoring.• Understanding of accessibility, UX writing, and content strategy.• Knowledge of game production or the Unreal Engine pipeline. • Desirable
